Keep your menus in sync with your restaurant customers in real time!
Our developer partners are required to update all menu content-dependent functionality on their platforms as fast as possible - ideally we would like it to be instantaneous. Every second we can shave off this time interval means fewer issues for our shared customers when they're 86ing items and modifiers during the busiest of hours. This is important to be implemented and will be reviewed thoroughly during our certification process.
You will also be required to update the Webhook URL to receive update notices to. This can be done on the Settings page in our Developer portal. These are triggered when the menu for one of our mutual locations has been updated and is available to be retrieved from the Get Menus Endpoint.
Update notices sent to your Webhook will only indicate that the menu has been updated, and will not specify the details of the update.
