Any FAQ updates?

I saw these questions on your FAQ:
Q: Does the integration support open check functionality for in-store ordering and payment?
A: It does not as of today. This is something we will be looking to support in the Q2 of 2023 for select POS systems.
Q: Does the integration support payment and closing a bill through ItsaCheckmate?
A: You will have to handle payment on your side as ItsaCheckmate does not handle the payment processing or connect you with the POS payment processor at this time. Typically other partners manage payment on their side via a solution like Stripe before the order gets to our system to inject. Then the assumption is that reconciliation occurs between you and the restaurant.
Are there any update to either of these questions as of Q1 2024?

Also, do you support the ability to reserve tables thru your API calls to the POS? Or is it just food/drink ordering?

Currently, we do not have any updates regarding Open Checks in the POS or payments.
We also do not have the ability to manipulate tables or make reservations in the way that you described. I'm not sure how many POS systems are actually used to manage reservations, though, as in my experience most of the time 3rd party reservation software is used to manage these.
