Regarding payments, we actually don't process payments. The assumption is that the platform collects the payment and then reconciles with the restaurant. At the moment, we have no plans to add payment processing to our Open API integration.
For your second question, could you elaborate or clarify a bit more on what you mean please? Do you mean promotions? Or are you talking about a POS specific rewards/loyalty/CRM tool?
I am talking about the POS loyalty rewards tool. Most POS allows integrations / provides APIs for merchants/restaurants to provide loyalty to their customers. Is that something possible on your platform?
As of today, it is not. We do submit any customer information that we receive on a particular order into the corresponding fields in the POS (ie, If we get a first name, last name, email in the order payload, we map those to the fields in the POS) and so loyalty providers are able to capture that and associate to accounts, reward points, any other things if that makes sense.
